General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products concluded through the SEOIR website (the "Site") between the company [Company name] (the "Seller") and any non-commercial natural person (the "Customer").

Article 2: Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual.

Article 3: Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.

Article 4: Order

The Customer places an order on the Site by selecting the desired products and following the instructions. The order is only final after confirmation by the Seller and full payment of the price.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The Site uses a secure payment system.

Article 6: Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicative and cannot give rise to any penalty or compensation.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. The products must be returned in their original condition (unopened) and complete. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 8: Legal guarantee of conformity

The Seller is required to deliver products that comply with the order and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The Customer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 9: Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the products or use not in accordance with the instructions.

Article 10: Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with SEOIR's privacy policy, available on the Site.

Article 11: Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12: Modification of the T&Cs

The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
