• Delivery area: We only deliver to mainland France. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us.

• Delivery costs: For deliveries outside mainland France, they will be calculated according to the country of destination.

• Delivery times: Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carriers and periods of high activity (end of year holidays, etc.).

• Free delivery: Delivery is free for deliveries in mainland France .

• Delivery delays: In the event of a delivery delay, SEOIR cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the Customer.

• Damaged Package: If you notice that your package is damaged upon delivery, refuse it and report it immediately to the carrier.
